Hurricane Melissa made landfall in Jamaica on October 28 as a Category 5 storm. The storm brought catastrophic winds of up to 185 mph, heavy rain, flooding, and landslides. Power and communication remain disrupted across much of the island, and our Nazarene family there is assessing damage and beginning the difficult work of recovery.

Last Sunday, we introduced Lori Long, the new Executive Director of Lake Gibson Child Development Center (LGCDC). Ms. Long shared the exciting news that LGCDC will start enrolling infants (6 weeks) and one-year-olds! We will open these classrooms in January, but we need your help to get these rooms ready to receive these babies!

We are looking for donations of these gently-used items:
· Cribs
· Rocking Chairs & Gliders
· High Chairs
· Activity Mats/Toys
· Bouncers/Saucers
· Bottles & Sippy Cups
